Credit card se ATM ya bank branch se cash nikalna. This is completely different from purchases: no grace period — interest from day one. Cash advance fee: 2.5–3% (India) / $10 or 5% (USA). Higher rate: cash advance APR exceeds purchase APR. Limit: only 20–40% of your credit limit
