Report a Parser Problem
Did a statement fail to convert? Please include:
- Which bank / issuer (HDFC, ICICI, Chase, Barclaycard...)
- Which card type
- Statement month/year and whether it is a new or old layout
- What went wrong (0 transactions? wrong amounts?)
Security note: never attach your real statement to an email. For privacy, create a sample PDF with fake data (or block out sensitive parts) before sending.
