About Us

A free, private and simple tool built for people who track their spending.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Who We Are

We are a small independent team based in Saugor, Madhya Pradesh, India, building free tools for people who are tired of manual data entry. This converter started from a simple problem: reading credit card statements in Excel should not take hours of copy-paste.

What This Tool Does

Credit Card to Excel Converter converts American Express and 110+ credit card statement PDFs from issuers worldwide into clean Excel files. Every transaction is extracted into just four columns — Date, Description, Debit, Credit — plus a summary sheet with totals. No account numbers, no balances, no personal data.

Why We Built It

Our Approach to Accuracy

Automated parsing is never 100% perfect — different banks tweak their layouts. That is why we:

If a statement fails to parse, tell us — we improve the parsers continuously.

About the Founder

This project is built and maintained by Sagar Barde, a developer from Saugor, Madhya Pradesh, India. Questions, feedback or feature ideas? Email us — we read every message.

Our Promise

  1. Your financial data never touches our servers — ever.
  2. The tool stays free — no hidden premium, no paywall.
  3. We are independent and not affiliated with American Express or any bank.
